REFUND POLICY

1. RETURNS POLICY
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Please note that you will NOT have the RIGHT to withdraw from the PURCHASE contract for PRINTED ORIGINALS signed with us, as the SPECIFIC PURPOSE of the contract is the SUPPLY of ORIGINALS, which have been printed specifically for you and are therefore CUSTOMIZED ITEMS with their Explicit Warranty Certification.

2. RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you believe that the product does not conform to the contract upon delivery, you must contact us immediately through our contact channels, providing details of the product and the damage it has sustained. We will then advise you on the procedure. You may return the product directly to our address via a courier service that we will specify. We will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe whether a refund or replacement is applicable. The refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 15 days of the date we send the email confirming that a refund or replacement is due for the non-conforming item.

3. LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions, our liability in relation to any product purchased on our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. However, and unless otherwise required by law, we will not accept any liability for the following losses, regardless of their origin: i. loss of income or sales; ii. loss of business; iii. loss of profits or contracts; iv. loss of anticipated savings; v. loss of data; and vi. Loss of management time or office hours.

Due to the open nature of this website and the possibility of errors occurring in the storage and transmission of digital information, we do not guarantee the accuracy and security of information transmitted or obtained through this website unless expressly stated otherwise herein.
